CBD does not contain the same psychoactive compound, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). CBD naturally occurs in the cannabis flower and still offers medicinal and therapeutic benefits. One serving size is 6 sprays, which is 50mg. We recommend spraying it under the tongue 6 times and then swallowing. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds for more potency. You may also blend the oil with your smoothies or include it in food recipes.
