📖 Emotional Management Mastery

It has always been interesting to me that some people seem to never get bothered by things and others are bothered whether there's a thing or not. For example, I am always going on about how horrible the traffic is. Meanwhile, obviously, others couldn't care less about traffic and it's evident by the way they drive. What's not always evident is if someone is going through something. Some people are even controlled enough to wait until a more appropriate time that the present to discuss, amicably of course, whatever the issue is.
It is this type of person that I am discussing quickly. A person who has mastered their emotional management style and is using it appropriately to achieve they goals. They acknowledge challenges to their peace of mind but don't allow it to disrupt it for any length of time or to derail them from the plan. I feel like there are many of us who want to be able to not cry when we're mad or laugh uncontrollably when we are nervous.
In this video, I share what I am doing to master my emotional management. It is not as simple as it sounds when you start out, but it is worth it!

🌺My Story... The Journey Continues🌺
D Goosby of JD's Organic Productions, I am a wife and a mom to 8 beautiful kids including 2 sets of twins. At one point, I weighed close to 300 lbs and then lost half of it just to put most of it back on. Eventually I got tired of the yo-yo. I learned some hidden truths about our food system and decided to get educated to make lasting changes. I am a certified personal trainer, and currently studying to become a nutrition and behavior modification coach as well as a peristeam practitioner. I realize that I am not alone in wanting to make healthy lifestyle changes but many of us are lacking the knowledge to make anything permanent.
That is where I can help. I help busy moms like myself, get back to where they feel good again, they look the way they want to look and they get to be a healthy role model for their families and friends.
