10 Day Water Fast – Day 4 (Detox assists)

Maybe today was easier because it’s day 4 and the hunger cravings have ceased. That is one of the benefits of making it to day 4 of a fast. The body turns off the hunger cue and the fast feels do-able. I have felt a little tired at times while walking up and down the stairs but that is mostly when it’s also hot during the day so I think it has to do with dehydration. Sounds funny to say I might be dehydrated while on a water only fast, but it does happen. In fact, I feel like my lips are permanently slightly dry which triggers me to grab my hydro and take a swig. We went to church this evening and I felt fine. No headaches or fatigue. I am reminded that I did have a quick moment of muscle cramping in my leg yesterday but it passed just as quickly as it came so it was a nonissue. I was reading Don’t Waste the Crumbs blog (https://dontwastethecrumbs.com/take-ultimate-detox-bath/) today and decided to try this tonight. I have the ingredients on hand and nothing to do tomorrow so… I will let you guys know how it goes. Check ya tomorrow friends!
